Buying EEQ-8
Refund Policy
EEQ-8 is sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so a refund request goes to them and their policy applies. This page explains what that means where you live, and what NEVER FOUND does on top of it.
1. How to request a refund
Contact Lemon Squeezy using the receipt emailed to you at the time of purchase, or write to [email protected] and it will be passed on. Please include your order number.
2. If you are in the EU or the UK
You have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. For digital content delivered without a physical medium, that right ends once the download begins, after you have expressly agreed to it starting and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw. That consent is collected at checkout.
3. If you are in the United States
There is no statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases in the United States, and no federal right to return software because you changed your mind. Any refund you receive is given under Lemon Squeezy’s policy or as goodwill, not because the law requires it. Individual state laws may give you additional rights, which nothing on this page limits.
4. If the software does not work
Separately from any cooling-off right: if EEQ-8 will not run on a system that meets the stated requirements and it cannot be fixed for you, write in. Support will try to solve it first; where it genuinely cannot be made to work, a refund will be arranged.
Please check the requirements before buying. EEQ-8 is a 64-bit VST3 plug-in for Windows 10 or newer. There is no macOS version and no trial, so the stated requirements are the only way to know in advance.
5. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please write in before starting a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback is decided by the payment provider rather than by a person, takes far longer, and the licence is suspended while it runs. Almost everything is quicker to fix directly.
6. What happens to the licence
When a purchase is refunded the matching licence is suspended and the software stops validating that key. The record is kept, so the licence can be reinstated if the refund is reversed or the purchase is made again.
