VT-Mini is not code signed, so Windows may warn on first run — a signing certificate costs a few hundred euros a year, which is hard to justify on something given away. Both checksums are published instead, so you can prove the file arrived intact — the archive you download, and the installer inside it. The archive also ships a SHA256.txt carrying the second one.
